There are a lot of great trails around here that I love to hike and it just happens that the town I live in was really big in the times of the gold rush so there are a lot of these really neat old abandoned mines out in the middle of nowhere on these forest trails. I came upon this one last weekend when my boyfriend and I were hiking and caught him off guard in the reflection of an old window on a building near the mineshaft.
